Job summary

Queen Creek Unified School District is seeking a Before/After School Student Worker for the 2026-2027 year. The role supports daily school operations in Community Education, with hours 2:30 p.m.–6 p.m. Monday to Friday and pay per the QCUSD salary schedule.

The position requires strong communication, English fluency, and a willingness to work with students, staff and families. A background check and CPR/First Aid certification are required for those 18+, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with parents, staff and students.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Current QCUSD High School Student preferred.
• Knowledge of and adheres to all policies, regulations and rules.
• Excellent customer service and reliability.
• For those 18+: background clearance and Arizona IVP Level One fingerprint clearance card.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, exert 25-30 lbs of force frequently, push/pull as needed.
• Ability to walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, and sit for long periods.
