Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Primary Logistics Manager for the beer category to lead end-to-end logistics across production sites to markets. You will oversee a complex network including ports, rail, warehousing and 3PLs, ensuring safety, cost efficiency and strong customer service.

As a leader on the Beer Category Leadership Team, you’ll drive network optimisation, risk management and sustainability outcomes, while managing a 20+ team and ~16,000 container movements annually.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading a team to deliver service, cost, cash, and productivity results.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and strategic supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehousing operations.
• Experience working within complex, cross-functional, and multi-site environments.

• Deliver best-in-class customer service and supply reliability.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Market Supply teams to ensure operational excellence.
