Job summary

The Thérapie Clinic Waterford is seeking a Beauty Therapist for our Waterford Clinic, on-site. You will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments, offer advanced skin and body services, and build strong client relationships in a supportive team.

Training and development, uncapped commissions, staff discounts, and other benefits are highlighted. We welcome both newly qualified and experienced therapists who can meet client expectations, maintain records, and contribute to a positive clinic

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal desirable.
• Strong client consultation and treatment delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments following clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs.
• Promote additional services and tailor treatments.
• Work with sales targets when applicable.
• Keep client records up to date pre- and post-treatment.
• Maintain and clean all machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines
• Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them
• Has the ability to work with sales targets
• Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment
• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines
• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)
• Team Player who works collaboratively
• A positive and friendly attitude with your clients
• Attention to detail when dealing with client's records
• Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience
