Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Kildare Village seeks an Assistant Business Manager on a fixed-term basis to lead daily counter operations, drive sales, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will set sales targets with the team, maintain visuals, and nurture development plans while upholding grooming standards and a high-energy, premium service environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Support Business Manager to set individual and team sales targets with Retail Artists.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for brand performance.
• Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and experience.
• Coach and give feedback to ensure CT standards in service and artistry.
• Extend customer service beyond in-store experience and grow the customer database.
• Implement development plans and conduct regular reviews with two-way feedback.
• Create a positive team culture through meetings and collaborative management.
• Propose plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness and hygiene.
• Execute grooming standards and inspire the team to look their best.
