Job summary

The No7 Counter Manager in Ireland is responsible for leading the in-store counter team, delivering exceptional customer service and skincare consultations. You will drive sales targets through promotions, coaching, and personalised advice, while maintaining an engaging counter presentation.

You'll inspire your team, build great relationships with customers and colleagues, and act as a brand ambassador for No7 across the store, supporting customers on their beauty journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving performance.
• Outstanding customer service with empathy and understanding.
• Ability to work with business plans, achieve sales targets, and review performance.
• Passion for makeup, skincare, and the No7 brand.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skincare knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching and feedback.
• Build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Provide personalised consultations using skincare and beauty products.
• Deliver sales targets by driving in-store promotions and No7 offers.
• Complete the 12-month Skin School development programme.
• Maintain a vibrant counter presentation and act as a No7 brand ambassador.
