Job summary

3D Personnel are seeking a BCAR Coordinator for a major development project in Dublin West. You will support Contract Management and Site Teams to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with Building Regulations.

Key duties include implementing the INF, coordinating inspections, managing documentation from mobilisation to handover, and liaison with certifiers and subcontractors to maintain high quality standards.

• Degree qualification or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the Inspection Notification Framework (INF).
• Ensure workmanship on site complies with Building Regulations.
• Verify materials on site are certified and tested per Building Regulations.
• Maintain file management tools for BC(A)R through mobilisation to handover.
• Plan and coordinate work-stage inspections by certifiers.
• Perform quality inspections and report to senior management.
• Compile project documentation for certifiers' inspection plans and Building Regulations.
• Review inspection reports and determine corrective actions with substantiation.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and provide feedback to site and contracts teams.
• Liaise with management to assist in Progress Reports.
• Coordinate test certificates and confirmations to certifiers' satisfaction.
