Job summary

Tullamore Court Hotel is seeking friendly Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, provide knowledgeable recommendations and ensure warm, attentive service for guests.

Work with the Bar Team Leader and management to uphold service standards, support events, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Training is provided to help you Learn, Evolve and Thrive within the iNUA Collection.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or hospitality preferred; full training may be provided.
• Friendly and confident approach with a genuine interest in guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a busy environment.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a high‑volume setting.
• Good attention to detail; stay organized under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and responsible alcohol service is advantageous.

• Take orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Provide information and recommendations on drinks and menu options.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
• Follow licensing, food safety and health & safety requirements.
• Support colleagues across Food & Beverage during busy periods and events.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve concerns.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment.

Job description

Tullamore Court Hotel is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and guest-focused Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a Bartender, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, provide knowledgeable recommendations and ensure every guest receives warm, attentive and professional service.

Working closely with the Bar Team Leader and Food & Beverage management team, you will help maintain excellent service standards while contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the hotel’s bars and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive and efficient service.
• Take orders accurately and process payments using the hotel’s point-of-sale system.
• Provide guests with information and recommendations regarding drinks and menu options.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and stock rotation.
• Follow all licensing, responsible service, food safety and health and safety requirements.
• Support colleagues across the Food & Beverage department during busy service periods and events.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and help resolve any concerns.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive and inclusive working environment.

Qualifications
