The Hoxton, Dublin is hiring a Bartender to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere and deliver standout hospitality at the bar. You’ll know our drinks, be confident with guests and support the F&B team to keep service running smoothly.

The Hoxton has just opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, in addition to another first for us - a nightclub.

Job Description

What you'll do…

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Bartender - willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
