Job summary

Adare Manor in Ireland seeks a Full-Time Bartender to join the luxury Food and Beverage team. You will prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, delivering warm, professional service that supports our Beyond Everything standard.

You will maintain bar presentation, deepen knowledge of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails, handle guest orders and payments, and work with a collaborative team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar, restaurant, hotel or luxury hospitality.
• Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
• Provide warm, professional and attentive service to all Guests.
• Develop knowledge of the beverage offering and confidently make recommendations.
• Process Guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the bar area.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and prepared before, during and after service.
• Work closely with colleagues across the resort to deliver a seamless Guest experience.
• Follow all responsible service, health and safety, and hygiene procedures.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Full-Time Bartender to join ourteam on permanent contract.

About The Role

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating warm, memorable experiences for our Guests while delivering the exceptional service standards for which Adare Manor is renowned.

You will prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, teas and coffees. Working closely with the wider team, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bar while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
