Position

Full‑Time Bartender to join the Carriage House team.

Location & Setting

The Carriage House welcomes guests for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and for breakfast from Friday to Sunday. Set just a three‑minute walk from the Manor House, this dining destination offers arresting views across the estate and has been thoughtfully designed as a space of effortless luxury and relaxed elegance.

Responsibilities

As a Bartender, you will work alongside a team of talented, like‑minded professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will prepare and serve a variety of beverages – wine, beer, classic cocktails, and creative signature drinks – ensuring each guest enjoys a refined and memorable experience. You will also contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the bar.
