Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is hiring a Barista on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) to craft and serve high-quality coffee and drinks. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean bar area, handle payments, and learn brewing techniques while representing the Compass brand with professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, prior customer service experience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and serve high-quality beverages.
• Keep the bar area clean and well organized.
• Receive and process payments (cash/credit).
• Work as part of a motivated team to deliver great customer experience.
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends and presentation techniques.
• Check equipment operates correctly and report maintenance needs.
• Represent Compass Group Ireland and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
