CH&CO Ireland is recruiting a Barista for a full-time, on-site role in Dublin, delivering beautifully crafted drinks and high-quality food to guests. The position is 40 hours per week with a focus on excellent customer service and brand representation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality foods and beverages.
• Keeping the bar area clean and well organized.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and cards).
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
• Maintaining stock of mugs, plates and related items.
• Learning about brewing methods and presentation techniques.
• Checking brewing equipment works properly and reporting maintenance needs.
• Representing CH&CO and upholding a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.

Here’s an idea of what your shift patterns will be:

Mon-Fri (Full Time Days)

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing G+G Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
