Job summary

Industry & Co. on Drury Street in Dublin’s Creative Quarter is seeking a Barista with experience to join our café team. You will craft high-quality coffee, greet customers and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere in a busy, design-store setting.

The role offers a friendly, supportive team and opportunities to develop skills while working flexible hours from early morning to late evening. Staff discounts apply across our café and retail stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in specialty coffee.
• Friendly, positive and reliable attitude.
• Availability to work both weekdays and weekends.
• Availability to work between 07:30–23:00.

Industry & Co. is looking for aBarista with experienceto join our café team on Drury Street, in the heart of Dublin’s Creative Quarter.

Our café sits inside our design store with a hatch that opens out on to an inviting outside terrace and has become a destination for great coffee, good food and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, takes pride in making excellent coffee and creating a warm experience for every customer who walks through the door.

You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team, working in a busy and vibrant environment where quality and attention to detail matter.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving speciality coffee
• Welcoming customers and creating a warm café atmosphere
• Serving food and assisting customers with menu and dietary information
• Helping with the day-to-day running of the café
• Keeping the space clean, organised and well stocked

Key Requirements
