Tullamore Court Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team and uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will drive service standards, manage daily operations and support staff development in a dynamic hotel setting.

Formación

• Previous experience in a supervisory bar or hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness at all times.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with stock control, cash handling and daily bar operations.
• Support the training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety requirements and company standards.
