Job summary

Tullamore Court Hotel is seeking friendly Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, provide recommendations, and ensure warm, attentive service to guests.

Working with the Bar Team Leader and management, you will help maintain high service standards across our bars and events, with opportunities to learn about cocktails, wines, and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable, but full training can be provided.
• A friendly and confident approach with a genuine interest in guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to remain organised under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and responsible alcohol service is an advantage.

• Take orders accurately and process payments using the hotel’s point-of-sale system.
• Provide guests with information and recommendations regarding drinks and menu options.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and stock rotation.
• Follow all licensing, responsible service, food safety and health and safety requirements.
• Support colleagues across the Food & Beverage department during busy service periods and events.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and help resolve any concerns.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive and inclusive working environment.

Tullamore Court Hotel is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and guest-focused Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a Bartender, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, provide knowledgeable recommendations and ensure every guest receives warm, attentive and professional service.
