Job summary

The Brehon Hotel & Spa in Killarney is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the Brehon Bar team. You will report to the Bar Manager and help oversee bar operations for a busy hospitality environment including 125 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and event space.

Key responsibilities include upselling, staff training, and maintaining high standards of service. The successful candidate will lead a large team, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy Bar as a Hotel Bar Supervisor or Duty Manager within a 4* Hotel.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage procedures/service in Restaurants, Bars and at busy functions
• Excellent attention to detail, high standards!
• Can lead by example and motivate a large team
• Ability to build, train & retain a team
• Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done
• Excellent communication and guest relation skills
• You enjoy working in the hospitality industry and want to progress your career
• Flexible working hours

You will be reporting directly to the Bar Manager, and help oversee the running of the hotel which includes 125 bedrooms, our Restaurant, Bar and busy function room.
