Job summary

The Louis Fitzgerald Group seeks an experienced Bar Manager for Pennyhill Pub in Dublin to lead from the front, support the General Manager, and ensure the busy pub runs smoothly with exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication, a hands-on approach, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. This full-time role offers €60,000 yearly, and a 9 Day Fortnight.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily pub operations.
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations are fully adhered to.
• Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls, and overall business performance.
