Job summary

The Pancake House at Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a friendly team member to welcome guests and deliver great service. You’ll take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments and keep the dining area tidy, while supporting bar service where needed.

Open to newcomers, full training is provided. The role is part-time, with a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over 4 weeks and includes early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays. Competitive pay and tips available.

Longford Forest | €14.35 per hour plus tips
The Pancake House offers sweet and savoury Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot.

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

Join our Pancake House team, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service. You'll handle orders, serve food and drinks and play a key role in creating great experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and seating guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy
• Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply)

Your working hours

• The Pancake House is open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 3:45pm
• Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7:30am and 5pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
