Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced AI Banking Practice Lead to drive AI-led transformation across Banking and Financial Services. You will combine deep banking expertise with hands-on AI delivery, thought leadership, client engagement, business development, and team leadership.

The role requires leading large transformation programs, mentoring AI consultants and architects, and delivering impactful AI solutions in a fast-moving financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Banking & Financial Services experience.
• Deep understanding of retail, commercial, corporate, or investment banking processes.
• Experience leading large transformation programs and distributed teams.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and account growth.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy, advisory, and implementation programs for banking and financial services clients.
• Provide thought leadership on Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Responsible AI.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI and banking trends; translate market developments into client opportunities and new offerings.
• Drive AI-focused business development by identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and supporting pursuits.
• Develop executive presentations, POVs, whitepapers, and solution assets.
• Build and maintain strong CXO/client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and mentor AI consultants and architects.
• Work hands-on with AI solution design, use-case prioritization, and implementation oversight.
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to scale AI capabilities and practice growth.
