Job summary

Winston & Willows Early Years in Oulart, Co. Wexford, invites applications for a Baby Room Educator to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will play a key role in building trusting relationships with babies and their families, supporting routines and encouraging development through responsive caregiving and meaningful play. Qualifications

• Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher.
• Experience in an early years setting, ideally with babies.
• Understanding of child development, secure attachments and responsive caregiving.
• Patient, nurturing, enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood education.
• Values child-led learning, outdoor exploration and teamwork.
• Committed to quality practice and ongoing professional development.

Winston & Willows Early Years, a state-of-the-art early years setting in Oulart, Co. Wexford, opened in September 2026. As our service continues to grow, we are delighted to invite applications for a passionate and nurturing Baby Room Educator to join our team on a full-time basis.
Operating under the experienced management structure of the award-winning Carraig Briste & Killegney Early Years, we are committed to providing high-quality early learning and care, with children’s well-being, relationships and outdoor exploration at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

As a Baby Room Educator, you will play an important role in building trusting relationships with babies and their families, supporting individual routines and encouraging each child’s development through responsive caregiving and meaningful play.

Your responsibilities will include:

Who We Are Looking For
