Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to design and deliver modern, scalable software solutions as part of a large enterprise transformation in Dublin. You will lead technical architecture for .NET Core on Azure, mentor teams, ensure security and engineering standards, and drive DevSecOps practices across the full SDLC.

You will resolve technical challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure robust, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Broad technical leadership across software engineering, design and delivery.
• Experience guiding teams through complex architectural decisions.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven ability to coach teams, review code, and improve development processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, security standards and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of software applications to align with business needs and best practices.
• Mentor development teams, perform code reviews, and coach on technical issues.
• Oversee development processes to ensure coding standards and modern methodologies are followed.
• Resolve technical blockers and mitigate risks during delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to ensure cohesive, scalable system design.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate their adoption where beneficial.
• Contribute to documentation and maintain technical specifications.
• Promote reuse and scalable engineering patterns across projects.
