Axiom Developer – Vice President – Risk & Finance Technology – Dublin (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Axiom Developer to join a global financial institution's Risk & Finance Technology team on a high-impact, multi-year programme.

The Role

You will be part of a collaborative team delivering a strategic, enterprise-grade regulatory reporting platform. This is a hands-on role where you will design and build complex Axiom ControllerView solutions — from regulatory reporting and data lineage to automation and Proof of Concept work — collaborating closely with business users, business analysts, and development colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Axiom solutions to solve complex business problems
• Contribute to Proof of Concept work involving Axiom development and identify automation opportunities
• Work closely with business users, BAs, and development colleagues to deliver best-in-class regulatory reporting solutions
• Build and maintain business-critical systems with a strong emphasis on stability and performance

Required Skills & Experience

• Axiom ControllerView (3+ years' experience) - essential
• Oracle PL/SQL (intermediate to advanced)
• Knowledge of EU regulatory reporting requirements (COREP / FINREP / AnaCredit / Statistical)
• Understanding of financial products and asset classes
• Familiarity with XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language)
