Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to join its technology delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping cloud strategies, and designing scalable, modern solutions across a range of industries.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust designs, lead Agile delivery teams, and apply DevOps and FinOps practices to optimise costs while delivering high-quality cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud architecture experience.
• Strong AWS services expertise; certification is a plus.
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD, and cost optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud and hybrid solution architectures using AWS IaaS/PaaS services.
• Translate requirements into effective system designs with stakeholders.
• Lead technical direction for Agile delivery teams and ensure quality.
• Design and implement cloud-native AI/ML enabled systems for automation and analytics.
• Contribute to technology strategy, governance, and tooling evaluations.
• Apply DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code to automate deployments.
• Support cloud cost management and FinOps practices.

My client is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to join its technology delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working shaping cloud strategies, and designing scalable, modern solutions across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cloud and hybrid solution architectures using AWS IaaS/PaaS services.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system designs.
• Lead technical direction for Agile delivery teams, ensuring high-quality solution output.
• Design and implement cloud-native, AI/ML-enabled systems that support automation, analytics, and decision-making.
• Contribute to technology strategy, architecture governance, and tooling evaluations.
• Apply DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code principles to standardise and automate deployments.
• Support cloud cost management initiatives and help clients implement FinOps practices.

About You

• 3+ years' experience in cloud architecture or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in AWS services; AWS architecture certification is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering complex cloud solutions.
• Broad technical knowledge across integration, infrastructure, and application architectures.
• Experience with IaC tools and CI/CD environments.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimisation and FinOps principles.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
