Job summary
Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician for a family-run dealership in Louth, Lincolnshire. You will perform servicing, repairs and diagnostics, ensuring manufacturer standards and keep detailed records of work and parts used.
You will join a supportive team with ongoing training, enjoy a competitive basic salary plus an OTE of £47,000 and a monthly £500 bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday mornings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop.
- Relevant technical qualifications in vehicle repairs and diagnostics.
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and quality controls.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and parts used.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures within the workshop.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operations.
