Job summary

Peak Performance Recruitment is seeking an experienced treasury operations professional to join an aircraft leasing and finance platform in Ireland. The role will support funding arrangements, cash flow activity, and governance across multiple funding structures.

You will oversee treasury operations, reporting processes, and compliance, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust controls and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in treasury operations, structured finance, corporate treasury, funding operations, or a related finance operations role.
• Experience of aircraft leasing or aviation finance
• Understanding of debt facilities, cash flow waterfalls, covenant monitoring, funding structures, and liability management.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and liquidity processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly funding structure cash flows, waterfalls, and related processes.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and operational partners.
• Coordinate lender, banking, trustee, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor facility performance, cash flows, and compliance obligations, escalating risks as needed.
• Perform loan reconciliations and support lender information requests.
• Monitor daily cash movements and optimise surplus cash balances.
• Oversee debt-related cash settlements and payments.
• Review financing documentation, operational requirements, and transaction cash flows to support accurate execution.
• Support new funding activity, refinancing processes, and ongoing programme management.
• Work with finance teams to support reporting, reconciliations, audits, and funding-related analysis.
• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and a robust control environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
