Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a progressive, high-growth aircraft leasing firm in Dublin on a Treasury Operations Manager role. This position partners with Capital Markets, Finance, and external service providers to support ongoing funding and securitisation programmes.

The successful candidate will oversee treasury operations, manage ABS reporting, monitor cash flows and covenants to ensure governance of funding structures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Treasury Operations, Structured Finance, Securitisation, Corporate Treasury or Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of debt facilities, ABS structures, cash waterfalls and covenants.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and external financing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and liquidity management.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly ABS, Warehouse and other facility waterfalls.
• Manage relationships with corporate service providers.
• Coordinate lender, trustee, banking, and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor facility performance, cash flows and covenant compliance.
• Perform loan reconciliations and respond to lender information requests.
• Monitor daily cash movements and optimise surplus cash.
• Oversee debt-related cash settlements and payments.
• Review financing docs, term sheets and transaction cash flows.
• Partner with Capital Markets on new financings and refinancings.
• Work with Finance to support reporting, reconciliations and audits.
• Maintain treasury policies and drive continuous improvement.
