Job summary

Hill Robinson in Ireland seeks an Aviation Manager to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance, overseeing daily operations of offshore and on-shore assets, and meeting client needs in a 24/7 ADHOC environment.

The role reports to Head of Aviation and involves coordinating suppliers, managing budgets, spares, and workflow, and ensuring safety, documentation, and timely escalation of critical issues across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of aviation operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with supplier management and contract oversight.
• Proven budget management and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe up to 60 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client service delivery is provided to the highest standard.
• Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling coordination with operating plans.
• Manage spares inventory and procurement processes.
• Monitor aviation service suppliers and contract compliance.
• Coordinate AOG events and logistics support.
• Maintain thorough record-keeping and timesheets.
