AECOM is seeking a Project Manager – Multi-Storey Car Park (Aviation Infrastructure) to join our Dublin office. The role is on-site four days a week with one day from home.

You will lead the full project lifecycle, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and programmes, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance within a live airport environment. The ideal candidate has experience in aviation or transport infrastructure and design coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-storey car park projects.
• Experience in live airport environments.
• Knowledge of RIAI/RIBA design stages.
• Strong on-site construction oversight.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead full project lifecycle for multi-storey car park developments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.
• Chair design reviews and coordination meetings.
• Manage budgets, cost plans, and procurement.
• Oversee construction on site and ensure compliance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in live airport environment.
