Job summary

Emerald Airlines, based at Dublin Airport, seeks a Line Maintenance Manager to lead the Line Maintenance Department under EASA Part 145. The LMM reports to the COO and has access to the Accountable Manager.

The role requires at least 5 years of aeronautical experience, a relevant aeronautical degree or Part 66 license, and strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and training oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant aeronautical industry experience in an appropriate position.
• Relevant aeronautical degree or Part-66 license.
• Practical experience applying aviation safety standards.
• Knowledge of maintenance methods.
• Knowledge of EASA and UK CAA regulations.
• Knowledge of aircraft through formalised training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Line Maintenance Department under EASA Part 145.
• Notify Accountable Manager of deficiencies affecting finances or standards.
• Review Safety Management System reports and ensure action.
• Implement safety policy and address human factors.
• Coordinate root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure line maintenance and defect rectification meet standards.
• Ensure organizational procedures and maintenance standards are followed.
• Guarantee adequate competent personnel to plan, perform, supervise, inspect and certify work.
• Oversee training programs and facilities.
• Manage production planning, tools, equipment, and data.
