Emerald Airlines in Dublin is seeking an Engineering Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager to oversee CAMO, Part 145 and UK Part 145 approvals. You will act as Nominated Postholder and lead independent compliance monitoring across the airline's regulatory framework.

The role involves establishing robust audit systems, managing internal and external audits, and reviewing safety performance, with reporting to SAG/SSCRB and the Accountable Manager.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Compliance and Safety roles within an aviation maintenance or airline environment.
• Lead projects and act as the focal point of contact in the P145 and CAMO organisations for Compliance and Safety matters.
• Knowledge of IOSA Standards and recommended practices.
• Knowledge of auditing techniques – Planning, conducting, analysing, and reporting.
• Knowledge of safety management systems including safety risks linked to aviation environment.
• Aviation Auditor Training.
• Safety Management Systems Training.

Responsabilités

• Nominated postholder for Emerald Airlines Ireland CAMO, Part 145 and UK Part 145 approvals IAW regulatory and company requirements.
• Establish an independent audit system to monitor compliance with EASA / UK CAA requirements and ensure audit plans are implemented and reviewed.
• Accomplish scheduled audits of all Part 145 & CAMO activities in accordance with the IAA / UK CAA Annual Audit Plan.
• Manage internal and external occurrence reporting system within the CAMO & P145 organisations including processing of reports and safety investigations.
• Responsible for issuing and renewing P145 Engineers company authorisations (PACs).
• Prepare reports to support SAG and SSCRB meetings.
• Monitor the implementation of safety recommendations from audits, hazard identifications and risk assessments (HIRA).
• Develop and review the CAME / MOE manuals, audit checklists, and audit plans to stay compliant with regulations.
• Liaise with the Competent Authority/third parties for external audits or queries.
• Act as Compliance Monitoring Manager IAW Part IS regulatory requirements.
