Job summary

Peak Performance Recruitment operates with an established aircraft leasing platform in Dublin, seeking a Lawyer to be based in our Dublin office. The role focuses on documenting, reviewing and negotiating aircraft lease agreements and other transactional documents within a specialist aircraft leasing environment.

You will draft, review and negotiate leases, support sale/purchase, financing and other transactional documentation, and assist with novations, restructurings and engine exchanges.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification aviation experience is a must.
• Transactional legal experience, ideally within aviation.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

• Draft, review and negotiate aircraft lease agreements.
• Support aircraft sale & purchase, financing and other transactional documentation.
• Assist with lease novations, restructurings, engine exchanges and maintenance agreements.
• Conduct counterparty and transaction due diligence.
• Research relevant legal and regulatory matters.
• Work with internal teams, external counsel and counterparties to progress transactions.
• Manage legal documentation, issues lists and closing requirements under deadlines.
