Job summary

Kinly is seeking an AV Service Support Engineer to join our service operations team in Dublin, Ireland. The role covers on-site and remote support for professional AV and collaboration systems across commercial sites, with a focus on reliability, documentation, and customer service.

Opportunities exist to develop toward senior service, commissioning, or engineering paths. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AV experience, strong fault-diagnosis skills, and the ability to work with IP-enabled

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience supporting or maintaining AV systems in commercial or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow, cabling, system architecture, and fault diagnosis.
• Experience working with IP-enabled AV and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate service reports and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a calm, customer-focused approach.
• Excellent time management and ability to work to SLAs and service priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote support for professional AV and collaboration systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve AV system faults and performance issues at customer sites.
• Support commissioning activities, validation testing, and client handovers under supervision.
• Perform preventative maintenance visits, system health checks, and service audits.
• Maintain proper service documentation including fault reports, test results, and asset updates.
