Job summary

Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking an AV Manager in Ireland to oversee day-to-day AV operations across Dublin sites and support executive meetings. Hybrid work is available, combining office presence and home-based work.

You will manage vendors, coordinate deployments, and ensure high-quality user experiences while aligning with IT and Real Estate stakeholders. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and implementing AV standards across sites to support business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated solid knowledge supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions utilizing Poly and Logitech audio-video conferencing systems
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, conferencing technologies, digital signage, presentation systems, and collaboration platforms
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
• Demonstrated solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience supporting executive and high-profile meetings and events
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple activities across geographically dispersed locations

Responsibilities

• AV Operations & Support: Manage daily operation and performance of AV equipment and systems across both island sites
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with business leaders, site management teams, and end users; gather requirements and provide AV solutions
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with AV vendors and service providers; ensure SLAs and contracts are met
• User Experience & Service Delivery: Ensure seamless AV experience for employees and leadership; provide escalation support
• Project & Continuous Improvement: Lead AV-related projects and lifecycle planning for equipment
