Sunbeam Vets Kinsale Road in Cork is seeking a Small Animal GP Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team. This permanent part-time role offers 32 hours per week on a rota, with a balance of medicine, surgery, and client engagement, and the support of Sunbeam Veterinary Group.

VCI registration and ability to work independently on routine cases are required. The position includes sole charge elements and access to dedicated colleagues across the group.

Qualifications

• VCI registered and able to work independently on routine first opinion medical and surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of first opinion small animal cases from consult to treatment.
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and develop treatment plans.
• Interpret diagnostic results and coordinate with the team for referrals when needed.
