HomeSecure in Ireland is seeking an Alarm Installation Technician to cover the Limerick/Tipperary area. You will install, maintain and troubleshoot alarm systems for homes and businesses, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.

You will work with autonomy, supported by a comprehensive training programme, a company van, tools and a mobile phone. A sales capability is valued as part of performing and growing with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in alarm system installation or related technical field.
• Full clean driver’s license (essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience or ability to sell is essential.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting alarm and security systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring each system is installed to the highest standard.
• Ensuring targets/KPIs are hit in respect of your role.
• Educating clients on system usage and safety features.
• Managing your schedule effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.

Your Role
