The role requires a solid grounding in double-entry bookkeeping, strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems, contributing to accuracy across monthly and annual financial cycles.

Qualificações

• Accounting Technician qualification or part-qualified, with relevant records.
• Sound knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Experience in accounting/finance, including reconciliations and discrepancy investigation.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly vehicle trading reports showing stock movements, sales and gross margins.
• Analyse vehicle profitability including acquisition costs, prep costs and trade-ins.
• Prepare month-end stock valuations and schedules for audits.
• Support month-end procedures with accounts and forecasts.
