Job summary

Logic 360 Ltd is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Spray Painter in Dublin to join a growing automotive service business backed by a UK Group. The role is permanent and Monday–Friday, with 42.5 hours per week and occasional weekend overtime.

Key duties include surface preparation, colour matching, and spray painting across panels and full vehicles, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. A full EU driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a body shop or accident repair centre.
• Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and refinishing products.
• Previous experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Full EU driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for spraying, including masking, sanding, and priming.
• Mix and apply paints to match original manufacturer colours and finishes.
• Carry out spray painting to a professional standard on panels, bodywork, and complete vehicles.
• Ensure all refinishing work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Operate and maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools in line with health and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with preppers, polishers, and body repair technicians to meet deadlines.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure vehicles meet both manufacturer and customer standards.

Working Hours: 08.00am to 17.00pm (42.5 hour week) with weekend overtime available
