Job summary

PetSafe Brands EU Headquarters in Dundalk, Ireland is seeking a QA professional to strengthen our DTC eCommerce testing efforts across web and mobile platforms. You will verify features against acceptance criteria and contribute to both manual and automated testing tasks.

You will write and maintain regression test cases, document defects clearly, and collaborate with the SQA team, developers, product managers, and automation engineers to improve quality and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience validating eCommerce features and regression suites.
• Ability to write clear defect reports with steps and evidence.
• Experience with Agile ceremonies and cross-functional teams.
• Automation scripting with Java-based frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL for basic data validation.

Responsibilities

• Verify features against acceptance criteria across DTC web and mobile platforms.
• Write, execute, and maintain manual regression and functional test cases.
• Identify and document defects with reproducible steps and evidence.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with QA manager, engineers, and product managers.
