• Experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in automated equipment.
• Practical troubleshooting and fault‑finding experience.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME for high-speed, fully automated process equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify OEE, reliability and waste improvements.
• Provide hands-on technical support to Production and Maintenance teams.
• Lead investigations into faults and losses and implement corrective actions.
• Plan repairs, upgrades, and projects including spare parts management.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers for equipment optimisation.
• Support investigations into quality events and manufacturing defects.
• Contribute to coaching of engineers, apprentices, and team members.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and TPM across the site.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and engineering metrics.
• Champion strong safety culture and housekeeping standards.
