Job summary

Musgrave Group in Cork is seeking a Project Manager (Automation) to lead the day-to-day delivery of automation and intelligent automation initiatives within our AI & Automation function. This hands-on role blends project management with Scrum Master responsibilities to ensure benefits are realized across the business.

You’ll work with business stakeholders and delivery teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and maintain clear planning, priorities and governance. Travel across Ireland is required.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years’ experience delivering automation or digital change projects.
• Experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master or blended delivery role.
• PM/SCM certification preferred (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.).
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog and planning.
• Willingness to travel across Ireland; full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of automation initiatives and short cycles.
• Plan delivery from initiation through adoption and support.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with analysts, tech teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain plans, risks, issues and governance artifacts.
