Job summary

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing project delivery in manufacturing/FMCG/food or beverage environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering CAPEX projects from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital investment projects involving new automated production lines, powder processing and packaging equipment.
• Manage projects from concept development and feasibility through detailed design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate the installation and integration of new automation systems, production equipment and packaging lines.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements and risk assessments.
• Work with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS and external contractors to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage equipment suppliers, engineering contractors and third-party service providers.
• Oversee site installation activities, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and project-related issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure new equipment and lines are commissioned, validated and handed over to operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing performance through new technologies.
