Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining highly automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Experience in regulated medical device environments is a plus.
• Shift-based role including days and nights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for high-volume automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor and robotic issues.
• Investigate faults to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
• Carry out equipment adjustments, setups, changeovers, and process optimisation activities.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Drive Lean manufacturing improvements and CAPA to reduce waste and downtime.
• Assist with equipment qualifications, validations, and process improvement projects.
