MiFinity is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer focused on quality engineering, test automation, and continuous improvement. The role involves contributing to Backend and Frontend quality initiatives through functional testing, API automation, performance testing, and UI test automation.

The ideal candidate will embrace an automation-first mindset, leverage AI-assisted testing practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, while supporting Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

Hands-on QA experience with testing principles and practices.
Experience with manual and automated testing across web apps and APIs.
Knowledge of API testing, frameworks, and performance testing concepts.
Experience contributing to automated regression and continuous testing strategies.
Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and modern QA practices.
Ability to design and maintain automated test scenarios for critical workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration with QA, Dev, and Product teams.

Responsibilities
