• Excellent documentation and communication of complex concepts.
• Skilled in statistics and data visualization for decision-making.
• Experience with change control, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborates across functions to ensure integration and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering tasks in design, analysis, modification, and integration of automation systems.
• Define validation strategies and develop test plans.
• Drive root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions for reliability improvements.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and configuration control.
• Mentor junior contributors and promote standardized best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation and readiness for deployment.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Advance continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies to optimize performance and efficiency.
