Donohoe Skoda, part of JA Boland Motor Group, seeks a Sales Manager to lead the sales department and drive performance across new and used vehicle sales. You will lead and coach the team, manage stock, pricing and trade-ins, and push finance and add-ons while maintaining customer satisfaction and Skoda standards.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with a clear progression pathway within the expanding group, backed by strong systems and corporate support.

Formación

• Proven sales record in motor trade or automotive sector.
• Experience leading a sales department or team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with numbers, pricing, and stock management.

Responsabilidades

• Run the new and used sales department and own its results.
• Lead, coach and build the sales team.
• Manage used stock, pricing and trade-in valuations.
• Drive finance and add-on sales.
• Keep enquiry follow-up tight, with every lead worked.
