Gheel Autism Services in Dublin Northwest is seeking a Network Builder to join our Day Services Team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on partnering with autistic adults to build meaningful, self-directed connections within their communities, emphasizing strengths and belonging over dependency.

You will work in a neurodiversity-affirming, person-led environment with opportunities for professional growth, training, and reflective practice, including Garda Vetting and CORU considerations.

Competenze

• Minimum Level 7 Qualification in a related discipline.
• Full Garda Vetting (required prior to commencing employment).
• Experience supporting individuals with autism/ASD.
• Case management experience.

• Support autistic adults with activities and routines.
• Help them learn new things.
• Assist with personal care.
• Be patient, kind and caring with participants.
• Find new activities aligned to interests (music, baking, crafts).
