Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector is required.
• Understand the needs and rights of individuals with autism and deliver person-centered support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support according to the person’s PCP and care plan.
• Develop and implement PCPs and care plans for individuals with complex needs.
• Promote person-centered approaches and place the person’s needs at the core of all activities.
