BDO Ireland is seeking a Qualified Audit Senior to join the Financial Services - Banking Audit team in Dublin. You will deliver high-quality audits for banks, SPVs and other financial services clients, supported by a management group within the Banking team.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
• 3–4 years of audit experience within a professional services environment.
• Experience auditing financial services, banking, SPVs, securitisation or related structures is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of statutory audits including planning, execution and completion.
• Supervise teams of up to 3, and coordinate fieldwork with clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations during engagements.
• Review audit work and ensure quality and regulatory standards.
• Deliver audits within budgets and timelines and present findings to management.
• Stay informed on accounting, auditing and regulatory developments in FS
