Job summary

Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Audit Director to join their expanding Film & Television team. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the most exciting production companies and content creators in a rapidly growing sector, while leading a substantial client portfolio and mentoring high-performing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering audit, accounting, and advisory services while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of Film & Television clients, delivering high-quality audit, accounting, compliance, and advisory services.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience and at least 2 years' management experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in audit, accounting, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service and business development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to clients.
Salary & Benefits:
  • €95,000 - €105,000 DOE
  • 35-hour working week with flexible hybrid working, including up to three days working from home.
