Job summary

A reputable audit and advisory firm in Dublin is seeking a qualified accountant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will lead audit and account preparation assignments, supervise junior colleagues, and interact with clients to build strong relationships. Ideal candidates will be ACCA/ACA qualified, have at least 2 years of local practice experience, and possess excellent knowledge of accounting standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit and account preparation assignments across a diverse client portfolio
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members
• Conduct client meetings and on-site audits
• Participate in meetings and stocktakes, including some outside standard working hours
• Prepare detailed reports for clients and regulatory bodies
• Build and manage strong client relationships

About You

• ACCA / ACA qualified
• Strong practice background (at least 2 years local experience)
• Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS, and ISA
• Comfortable with accounting technology and systems
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised
